* Construction of cabinetry is done using ¾" plywood when desired by our    customers, even the cabinet back is ¾" thick.

In average construction we use ¾" melamine of white or maple color . For easy cleaning and formaldehyde free. The face is edge band using 3M wood venire in frameless style. In the case of face frame cabinetry style we use solid wood to create a frame that is jointed using dado joints and or angle channels are drilled in the back of the frame to insert hidden screws, without any visible nails. We use select grade wood to make doors. In the traditional raised panel door we use rubber inserts between the frame and the center panel to allow expansion and contraction of the pieces during climate changes allowing room for the wood to move without cracking the frame seams.
